Data We Access

• Product data: names, descriptions, images, categories, tags — solely to generate tags.
• Basic store data: store ID, name, domain.
• OAuth tokens: your Salla app access and refresh tokens — stored encrypted on our server and used exclusively to perform actions you request inside the app.

What We Never Access

• Your customers' data (names, phones, addresses) — never.
• Orders or payments.

How We Use Data

• Product text and image URLs are sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter / Google Gemini) to generate tags. Your data is never used to train models.
• Generated tags are saved directly to your store via Salla's official API.
• We retain your settings (language, tag preferences) to provide the service.

Retention & Deletion

• On uninstall, access tokens are revoked immediately and store data is scheduled for deletion.
• For immediate, complete deletion of your store's data, email us — executed within 48 hours.

Security

• All traffic over HTTPS/TLS.
• Hosted on Oracle Cloud with restricted access.
